  • @deepwoodslady Sending hugs your way.
  • Love the sculptures, Ann! People are so creative. I'm struggling. After my trip in May, I've had a hard time getting back on track. My exercise routine is finally good, but my eating is still off. My low weight was 188 on April 12th. When I look back, I was bouncing between 188-192 from mid-March until I left on vacation.…

  • Happy belated Canada Day and Happy 4th of July! I can't believe we are in July already. On Friday, I headed out with friends to the Cherry Creek Arts Festival in Denver. What a treat! It was a fabulous day to enjoy the creativity of several hundred artists, such a joy to spend time with good friends admiring the art and a…

  • @coblujay 6/22- 194.4 6/29- 193.4 Sorry Jessica. My schedule has been really full lately. I'm keeping up on exercise, eating better and drinking lots of water...getting my head back into the health game.
  • Sorry, everyone. Kind of MIA lately. I'm starting a new business and I have an extremely heavy workload right now and over the next month or two. Excited and tired, but plugging away. I haven't read through the posts, but I'll work to get caught up over the weekend. While I'm busy, exercise is still a priority, so I'll…
  • Happy Saturday! After my vacation, it's been tough to get back on track with eating and exercise. Finally, in the last week I'm back hiking and swimming. I had to laugh after swimming a mile in the pool at a new best time of 65 minutes. It's a new pool since the one in my neighborhood closed for the summer because of lack…

  • @PatriceFitnessPal Thanks Patrice. I appreciate the encouragement. :)
  • @coblujay Wednesday weigh-in PW- 193 CW- 193 Thankful to be posting the same weight. I've been disgusted with myself as I've struggled to get back on plan. I binged over the weekend, but at least got in a 4.5 mile hike. I'm doing one day at at time and plan to keep showing up.

  • Just received an infusion of inspiration from catching up on all your posts! I'm still struggling after getting back from vacation. I think a lot of it is I'm really busy and more stressed than usual. My local pool closed because they couldn't staff enough lifeguards. I found another pool further away, but with longer lap…

  • Wednesday weigh-in @coblujay PW- 193.8 CW- 193 Finally feeling a bit more in control, which is a relief. I'm not 100% on track, but not quite so scared about completely falling off the wagon. I'm five pounds above my low weight which I recorded on April 12th at 188. My sister and I are back to hiking on Sundays, which is…

  • You've got this @camandjarvis Thanks @ashleycarole86 @goodhealthbestlife Someone early on told me they use the notes app on their computer/phone to add entries and then cut and paste it into MFP. That's worked really well for me and allows me one place to look back and see my progress.
  • Thanks @musicsax and @KayHBE I feel the mind shift today and have been out with my dogs on a long walk already. Time to get to my to do list and get lots of things done.
  • 70 pounds down...30+ pounds to go. First photo, July 2021, second photo, yesterday.
  • Yesterday, my sister and I hiked a trail we haven't done since last year. The very first time we first did it, I had to stop so many times to catch my breath and it took us almost two hours. Yesterday, despite not hiking since last fall, I never had to stop and we set our benchmark time for this year at one hour and twenty…
