I have tried them all. They all suck. None will ever come close to cheese as we love. I have had some cashew spreads that are ok but, none for replacing on burgers, pizza and pasta bakes. On the bright side giving up dairy has been like a fountain of youth for me. My skin and hair are amazing.

I want to eat less for my health. I want to be able to travel and enjoy senior life. I need to move pass binge eating when I am sad and feeling lonely. My daughter is away at her first year of college. I can feel the change, she is growing up and needs me less. It hurts.

Hi @lisadonakowski. It is never to late to fall in love with veggies. For me vegetables are fuel. Take it slow add more veggies on Monday and then move on from there. What is your go to food? I would be happy to help you if and veggie replacement and other recipes. Just ask. Melissa

I would love a veggie garden. Our neighbor won't allow it. Here in PA yesterday was 80! It was what I needed. Lady I I were out most of the day. Today we are back to 40 and rain. My tulips are so confused.

They are slightly sweet. Come in cinnamon too! I found them near the Asian food and near rice cakes at the grocery store. I like them over rice cakes.

I am not a fan of exercise. I love zumba too. Unfortunately I injured my back, nerve damage, CRAZY PAIN, about 3 years ago. I am now feeling better but, not 100%, terrified of another injury. I do walk and tried the Disney 5k, I was not successful. My hopes are to lose the weight so I my have surgery to get a breast…
