I train in Muay Thai and I’m actually training for a fight in April. Best thing to do is work on your cardio and lists of lean meats and veggies. They help you keep full throughout the day. I’m 195lbs right now and I’ll be fighting at 170lbs. Core is important. Maybe do some cross training and 5-10miles 3-5 times a day.

My Kru says the diet and exercise is up to me so I’m making up a meal plan and exercise routine to show him. I’m a big guy so dropping down to that weight will hopefully give me an advantage.
