Boxing, MMA training?

Anyone here on a boxing or MMA training regime, looking for others for food and exercises inspiration to spice things up!

    I used to do kickboxing which is somewhat similar I would'say. What kind of inspiration with regards to food are'you looking for? I just eat normal stuff but I make sure I have some carb 2 hours prior to the workout.
    Do you want to train at home? I used to do'some body resistance training when I was training more or did stuff like a rush up n clap to get strength n speed.
    For both sport you need a lot of core as the'power will come from your core not the arms or legs

    I train in Muay Thai and I’m actually training for a fight in April. Best thing to do is work on your cardio and lists of lean meats and veggies. They help you keep full throughout the day. I’m 195lbs right now and I’ll be fighting at 170lbs. Core is important. Maybe do some cross training and 5-10miles 3-5 times a day.
