**UPDATE** Since my Nov '18 update I lost a further 4lb taking me to a 3stone 8lb weight loss which I've maintained since Jan 7th '19. Yes it does! I'm on 1200 & also eat the extra cals I earn from walking which usually means I end up eating roughly 1400 per day :smiley:
