    Me too :). 3 weeks and half a stone gone! I have around 30 pounds still to go to reach the weight I was when I got married.

    Yes it does! I'm on 1200 & also eat the extra cals I earn from walking which usually means I end up eating roughly 1400 per day :smiley:

    1200 is pretty much the minimum a body uses just for basic functions (unless you are really really small). When you log everything you eat, it’s amazing how quickly 1200 calories is used up. I thought I was consuming roughly maintenance calories but when I logged it I was eating around 3500 calories!
