So I just entered my numbers for my egg white turkey omlet filled with veggies and flavor and not only am I not missing anything, it's delicious and my numbers are right on!!! This is awesome!!! Thanks for the tips

I did add some spinach and am eating my first egg white omlet. It doesn't really taste much different to me. I think I need to buy an egg separate now though to save time. Lol

I tried to fingers cauliflower rice and potatoes at the local store here and couldn't find any. I'm so bummed!!!

I don't know your situation, but I'm just coming off a long cancer battle and I find that protein is my salvation. I work with a bunch of teens and 20 somethings and they can't keep up with me or put in the 17 hour days like I do....

That's a good idea!!! I think im going to make an omlet with my left over turkey and some fresh pico DE gallo with some cheese, maybe some fresh lemon juice as well. Thought??

I have eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, left over turkey from a very late holiday celebration this week. Cheese, tomato, onion, whole grain wheat bread, pico do gallo, kale, spinache, broccoli, cauliflower, herbs, spices, coniments, mike, orange juice,and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff that just isn't coming to mind

Yesterday I had alvacado toast with a fried egg. I thought I was doing really good till I looked at the breakdown last night and saw that my fat was 17 points too high and my protein was 6 points too low. So I'm trying to get all of that in balance. I eat breakfast, then work out. Then I usually eat dinner before I go in…

My fridge is very well stocked. I'm just looking for ideas here that won't blow my daily numbers. Any suggestions can be adapted to equivalent ingredients if I don't have an exact match. Lol
