  • Eat in a calorific deficit around 500 calories less than you need to maintain your current weight, drink plenty of water 2-3lts a day. If you like lifting weights try CrossFit which really gets your cardio going.
  • Chicken thighs, no starch veggies such as spinach, avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, white fish, eggs ( a lot of eggs), Butter, Cheese. It’s a high protien, high fat low carb diet. Good luck on your journey
