When you know you've worked hard and you know what you're capable of, and then to see it all creep back so quickly is very disheartening, but I know I did it before I can do it again! Just gotta make it stick this time. Keep in touch for whenever you may need a boost!! We can do it!

I use headphones that kind of wrap around your ear instead of the earbuds as I have the same issue! they've never worked for me either! As for music, I may be mocked for this, but Lady Gaga really does the trick! Edge of Glory will even get me running on the treadmill and I do NOT run. But otherwise really fast paced,…
