Hello Nicole and welcome to the community. I am from Jax! 6 years ago I managed to lose 100 pounds, it took me two years. I kept the weigh off for almost 6 years. But recently the weight started creeping up on me so here I am trying to get rid of 20 pounds. Good luck to you and remember this takes time...

Hello from Jax!

Good luck to you! I have lost 100 then gained 20 back. Now I'm trying everything possible to get rid of those 20 but it seems so much harder now that I'm older. Someone told me, that losing weight is like a long road trip, yes you will get off of it for whatever reason but as soon as you can just go back on it.

$4900 this was in 2012. I was lucky to participate in a mommy makeover program at a local teaching hospital, since I was paying cash I got additional 15% off. Normally here in FL that surgery can cost up to $8000. One thing tho, my recovery time was 8 weeks. Plus two weeks light duty at work. Surgery was about 5 hours…

I had abdominoplasty after I lost 100 pounds, ask me anything! Also breast reduction and lift. Arm skin is still there, doctor recommended I work out and shape my arms. Surgery could be very complicated and expensive in that area. So I'm still working on it.

I have lost 100 pounds 6 years ago. I kept it up for a while, then I hurt my knee and my workout routine suffered. I ran 5 miles a day for at least 4 days a week. Soon enough I started putting on weight. 20 pounds in less than two years. So here I am trying to get rid of those twenty pounds and maintain my original weight…

Welcome and good luck. We're all going through the same issues as you. Lots of people already lost lots of weight, you can read about in success stories section. I've dropped 100 pounds 6 years ago but hurt my knee and now I put on 20 pounds back. I'm terrified of going back to the 250 pounds I was, so I am trying to get a…

First I'm looking at it like 166 pounds!? That's not bad but then I realized its kilograms. Yes this is going to be a difficult road. I've lost 100 pounds and kept it off for over 6 years, gained 20 back and now trying to lose it before it's too late. This is how I did it 6 years ago. I did not follow a shake or fruit or…

Thanks Skenibour! Awesome idea! I also love breakfast food. On my days off I do meal preping. In a frying pan i fry lots of veggies, anything i have lying around, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, some hashbrowns, turkey bacon etc.. i beat 10 eggs (only 5 yolks) and pour it over the veggies, then spread that in 5 small…

Same here, trying to lose 25 pounds I've gained in past 6 years since I lost 100 pounds. Terrified to go back to the weight I was. But after constant knee pain I'm limited what I can do. Good luck to you! I lost my weight by working out 6 days a week for at least 3 hours a day, cutting out sugar and some carbs. I ate…
