Hey everyone! So I've gained a lot of weight over the recent months and I'm trying to lose. My goal is to end up at 180 or 170. I'd need some help though as to what to eat and what workouts to do. If anyone has suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them out. Add me!

Same here, trying to lose 25 pounds I've gained in past 6 years since I lost 100 pounds. Terrified to go back to the weight I was. But after constant knee pain I'm limited what I can do. Good luck to you! I lost my weight by working out 6 days a week for at least 3 hours a day, cutting out sugar and some carbs. I ate everything but in moderation. By which I mean, I didn't go for seconds or thirds. Message me any time if you need support.0
