you have done it before so you know you can do it!I find the app a real help to me, its on my phone and I have put reminders to check in and log my food and still able to have a wee square of plain choc too...Keep on it!

Its a hard one! Ive stopped drinking unless I'm out - I dont drink in the house and if I'm going out, like last night I watch my intake to balance the calories in wine...apparently gin with slimline tonic is 56 cals? maybe worth a bash?
