It makes no difference what cultures food you are consuming. It comes down to calories for weight loss.
-
Good! I'm glad you see this. Sadly many do not.
-
You made the claims so all I'm asking is to see your research that proves your theories. I have researched it myself and have found the exact opposite to be true. I use Google scholar and like to read peer reviewed studies, I was wondering where you were getting your information from? It's not abuse because someone…

Request friends who lift- prob solved

Please post evidence that supports your claim of bad sugar causing cancer.
-
Do you have any evidence at all to back up these claims? You stated that " high processed junk" provides no health benefits or energy. Could you please post anything to support this? I'd also like to look at your research about your other bad carb claims. Please link peer reviewed studies to support the claims that you are…

I looked through your diary op and it seems like you may not be weighing your foods. It looks like you are using the generic entry for things instead of weighing out each portion. You may be eating more calories than you think. I agree with the others that you might benefit from seeing someone in person. Can you see about…

Are you using a food scale?
-
Thanks guys! I don't eat meat but I do consume dairy so this list is helpful for myself as well.
-
Alright now I must see this cosplay stuff OP ! I'm intrigued ! Please post pics
-
Not true at all. This trainer has no business giving medical or pharmacology advice.
-
While I do agree that it doesn't have to be that hard, I think this op was given good advice. @anvilhead gave a well thought out unbiased post that offers an explanation. I don't see anyone replying with bro science in this thread. it's always a good idea to see a doctor before beginning a new weight loss or training…

I know I definitely did at one time! I remember going to the doctor and asking to be switched from my birth control because I swore that it was making me fat. I now know that the excess calories are to blame but I didn't understand that then. I read a parenting forum that it was the birth control causing the weight gain so…

Op- I'm just curious now , what is your hobby? My hobby is also pricey. I like to buy Christian louboutin heels.

I generally ignore click bait because it's mostly always woo. It's sad that some people don't realize that though. I had one girl tell me that she was so hungry the night before that she didn't sleep and woke up with heartburn. I asked why she didn't eat something. She said she couldn't because anything she ate would've…

It might be helpful if you post a pic. It does sound like you are underweight but a picture would be more helpful.

Yep! Portion control and moderation for the win! Learning those tools was the key to my success
-
Thankfully I learned portion control and moderation so I don't need to be stuck in the dieting mentality anymore. I know weight loss comes down to calories. Calories in Calories out. It becomes a lot less stressful in time once you realize that it's a numbers game.
-
Yep ! We were all new once and remember how it was to scramble for correct info.
-
I'll try to keep it simple instead of giving you the eggspanded form- It makes no difference as to which order your body is burning the Calories you have consumed.

Welcome!
-
What goal are you working towards? No pic?
-
You go girl! LMAO!
-
Talk to your doctor about this. There's too many variables.
-
This is incorrect and not factual.

It's extremely unlikely that you gained tons of muscle while losing weight. You may have gained strength though. These things usually just don't happen by accident for women. It's a long hard process. Recomping is very a long slow process. It may be helpful if you post pictures.

Welcome

I'm deeply offended by this thread. Everyone here knows that you must be in ketosis to lose weight. You can be at a calorie surplus and still lose as long as you are keto + IF. Keto+IF cause muscle gains without ever lifting. You can bulk, cut , maintain and everything in between because it IS magic. Calories don't matter.…

I could have written this myself. Word for word ( besides the CrossFit) is what I went through for many years. I've been with my husband since we were 16 so it was extremely difficult to suddenly be accused of such things. The only thing that helped was time. After a few years he kinda forgot about it and life went on as…

Since you were concerned about losing too fast, look at this like a break maybe and a reason to eat more. I think you may be able to eat 100 g at maintenance but I don't know your stats.
