I agree about the tan. It really helps hide imperfections. You don't have to go full on trump style spray tan but a nice glow might really help!

Sometimes there's a big drop at first due to water weight. Just monitor it over time to make sure that you're not losing too quickly. Are you using a food scale? If you are a male ,I think it would be wise to raise your calories up a bit.

It now makes perfect sense! My son and I always go to same ice cream place and order the same thing. His comes out 3 inches higher than mine but yet we ordered the same size. The girl must hate me and like my son! Lol

I eat 90% of my calories right before bed. I haven't had trouble losing weight or meeting my goals eating like this. Weight loss comes from creating a calorie deficit not what time you eat.

Oh no, there's no such thing as healthy carbs. Fruits and vegetables- devil carbs . Same as eating cake all day and all. *Insert eyeroll* But you can drink unlimited whipping cream mixed with oil.
