Swimming is the least stress on knees. I have bad pain in both knees. Losing weight did help but I still have the pain. I walk a lot. Can’t really run as it’s too much on the knees. I take anti inflammatory after working out to ease the pain.

I’ve found MFP so helpful in my weight loss journey. Having some accountability and forcing myself to log what I eat has helped me focus on nutrition too. Always looking for like minded friends to share motivation and support.

I know how you feel. I’ve found exercise helps but I still struggle to go to the gym. It’s not the exercise that puts me off I just seem to have anxiety about going 🤷🏼♀️. Once I am there I am fine. I have tried exercise at home but lack motivation to do it. The gym works for me when I get there.

Feel free to add me. I’ve lost 23kg this year. However I’ve just got back from holiday and am sure I’ve put 10kg back on! Trying to motivate myself to go to the gym and weigh myself today so I can get to my target weight. Always in need of motivation from others and will try my best to support you too 💪🏼

Started beginning of January. I thought with diet and daily gym sessions I would easily shift a kilo a week! When I have dieted in the past and no exercise I’ve managed to lose 1-2lbs every week yet doing exercise as well seems to slow the process! I guess I’m just being impatient and negative today

I want to lose 10kilos. I’ve lost 4.5 so far but my bottom half looks the same - no weight loss off my thunder thighs! I weigh or use pre packaged which has the weight on it. My diary is honest. I log everything!

It can be frustrating when you stick to a diet and exercise regime and don’t see the weight fall off. I’m just hoping if I keep at it the weight will start to go. I’m 18 days in and go to the gym everyday doing cardio and weights. Barely lost any weight
