Ammo gets pretty speedy though. I can play guitar for hours.

Its funny. I bought a couple of 9mm pistols because the ammo is cheaper hahaha. I should take up archery again. I used to have fun doing it.

I go the range and then after I get depressed because I blew too much money on ammo. Then I go home and get out the guitar and play until my fingers bleed.

I love chicken but I was getting sick of it. That was until I started doing different things with it. Free range chicken breast cut into strips Soak in omega 3 rich cage free eggs Mix coconut flour, sea salt, garlic, and white pepper and coat the chicken Fry in rendered grass fed beef tallow. Amazing chicken strips!

I found healthy foods that I like and keep discipline to not overeat. For example. I have boneless skinless chicken breast. I season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
