@orangegato Sorry for the late update but the professionals never found out what was going on in my head other that it might have been a brain virus🤷♀️. I didn’t have any other episodes nor any other symptoms. Just alot of anxiety afterwards because no one could explain why it happened or if it will happen again. It was…

I have often wondered what “clear my head” means. I hear this from many runners. Is it thinking something through in detail or trying not to think at all?

Very close Tomek! I used leftover pizza dough and filled them with fresh minced garlic, butter and parsley. Sometimes I fill them with Mozzarella, garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes.

I sometimes use a concoction of raw garlic, lemon, raw honey, fresh ginger and whisky. Had to swallow but works wonders especially for a chesty cold.

I don’t like wearing trackers on my wrist either. I use the Fitbit flex and wear it on my bra (just the tiny tracker without the band). I would love to have a decent foot tracker.

Thank you all for the tips and experiences.

Congratulations. Out of curiosity has your clothes size changed? If so by how much?

I haven’t exercised since it happened a week ago. I plan to ease back to exercise with light jogging/cycling for 30min and see how it goes.
-
They didn’t tell me to change anything but I haven’t exercised since. I am taking a break as that is the only thing I feel may be linked to this. I am in my early 30’s therefore not in the typical age for TGA. I do have a history of Migraines though.

5’7, 198pounds, 1800 calories( never less than 1600 or more than 2200) I aim for 10,000 steps a day and hit that goal 75% a week. I exercise 1.5 hours a day 6 days a week. Started from February. Before that it was only 3 days a week 45 min at most.

On it. Its a strange one as I have no other symptoms except the short term memory loss. Both with witnesses.

Was it linked to exercising?
