I like HIIT training on gym bike or elliptical - but jogging wise i prefer slow and steady

You are right - not everyone does but there is a belief by some that running hurts your knees - thanks to the bad press

hey guys - blaze owner here since last october and it has literally changed my life. i am up and about more. i do charity virtual medal challenges based on my walking and if i dont crack my 10k steps per day i am not a happy boy :-)

i am high end type 2 diabetic (hereditary) and i am down 55lbs with 50 to go. i dont do the full low carb/keto thing but i try and swap out foods a couple of times a week for low carb days

hi. i started at 280lbs - have lost 55lbs so far with 50 to go. my keys are fitbit as it forces you to be more active and the app community is amazing, plus smaller meals often with lots of water. i don't bother with the gym - just 10k steps per day and home workout exercises - feel free to add me
