I love atkins candy bar snacks , but I stay away from them because I want to eat all of them in a day LOL but they are good , the drinks are really good too but again to tasty , must stay away !! The meal replacement bars are kind of vitamin tasting , not as good but for a lunch or on the run it's a good thing .

well compared to everyone else mine looks lame ....but it taste wonderful ..smoked pork loin , and zucs and yellow squash bake with celery seed and sea salt , olive oil , I also had a small salad . salad just lettuce and cheese and dressing ..11 carbs whole meal .

I kind of went off this weekend , I made chili and hot dogs and we had chips and i got cookies for the kids , i ate the chili and 1 cookie LOL and my pork rinds . I wanted to make something my hubby would love and chili is his thing . They ate like little pigs .

my NSV for this month is ....I went from a 9.2 blood sugar A1c to ......drum roll ...... 6.1A1c and all my blood work is in a normal range . Doc was checking my kidney function as well and the numbers are in a normal range . I am just over the moon!!
