  • no matter what I do. It actually tends to go down after I eat my first meal, which is usually just animal products (no carbs). yes i do this as well and yep i bet i don't have an actual carb until late lunch ( don't eat till 3 or 4 pm) but i do eat in the mornings no carbs.

  • no way to do net carbs other then , fiber minus carb and then write it in the box for other things at the bottom of the food page ....like 8 carbs and 6 fiber so net carbs are 2 I have my fiber and my carbs right next to each other as well , so people can see how I subtracted .

  • flax seed flour crackers ..preheat over 400 degree 2 cups of flax seed flour 1 tsp of garlic powder 1tsp of dill weed 1tsp of celery seed 1 cup of water mix into a dough , flatten out on parchment paper , into a square or kind of one , make sure you cut it before you bake it , then 25 to 30 mins at 400 degrees
