  • Hello All, I am Tammy from NJ, age 54, I just started with mfp, and garmin, so far so good, I have a question, how do you track your swimming, I do aquatic exercising, which is both cardio and strength in 60 minutes, however my garmin tracks it as steps, any thoughts
  • I am just starting with myfitnesspal, I am a weight watcher and have used that app for years, I can't find a spot for adding steps in my work out section. And I agree with Louisafurley, boy o boy in my mid 50s and can't get under 200lbs~
