thanks everyone for the advice! I ended up going back after all. I ended up with 3 different diagnosis and a still-sore shoulder over a month later. I'm taking it easy and am working with a massage therapist for the time being. it seems to be helping.

How many reps are you doing? From what I’ve been told by trainers, higher reps is more beneficial to losing weight (12-15 reps) and lower reps (8-12) are more for muscle building.

I remind myself that I'm not going to get anywhere by sitting on butt, and that I can't do a home workout a decent hour because my kids will climb all over me :D I also enjoy the gym in general because I started socialising again with members that are going through the same journey I am, who encourage me and push me to do…

I just discovered blaze pizza! It's SOO good. Thin crust. Just enough sauce. And perfectly cooked. Basically subway for pizza as you pick your toppings. I had chicken with red and yellow pepper and omg it's to die for

I do try to buy things I like. But, everything turns into a free for all. I was actually just thinking about stashing snack containers in the downstairs fridge drawers.

I REALLY want to start eating more salmon! I used to hate it but I love it now.

I actually love going. And I'm not even super tired after. I used to watch the clock and make sure I didn't go past an hour and one day I just *kitten* it and kept going until I felt like I was done. Working out is like...my therapy when I go.

I have quit trying to be healthy at LEAST once a month since I was 15 until about 3 months ago. So...too many as I am now almost 27

I definitely could look at the menu boards. I have a habit of ordering my usual. Working out is something I do minimum 3 days per week and I'll be at the gym for about 2 hours(2.5 if you include socializing) one hour cardio, and an hour strength training.

I LOVE the idea of meal prep and I want to do it when I get my own place. But with a house of 5 (my parents, myself and, two kids), I don't have the space. We have 2 fridges. One is so poorly made we hardly have ANY room for the basics and dinner left overs. And the basement fridge is filled with pop and juice and any…

I usually eat the fast food on my momma son dates with my son. Which is once a week. And when I'm short on time running from appointment to appointment. It can get up to 3-4 times eating out per week if I have the funds.

I actually get sick. Like...i get the runs and I have a relationship with the toilet for almost 24 hours after I have anything from McDonald's, Wendy's and a&w. But it tastes so good. I also notice a huge difference in my energy and motivation to do things between eating mcdonalds or a home cooked meal.

I don't feel burnt out. Like...ill workout for a week or two straight but as soon as i take a rest day it's hard to get myself going again.
