yes I agree with the un-natural motion as to compared to walking/running. I think that is why I have been logging it as ski machine (which IS in the database) because it does mimic cross country ski-ing more than it is walking or running. ok thanks for the replies. that is a tuff one for me then because I marked sedentary. I only work 3 days a week part-time but when I do I am constantly on my feet, running all over the place. very stressful job. so wasn't sure how to add those days.
