Well, 2 miles today.... not what it was yesterday... but I worked until 5 and came home and jumped on the treadmill. It’s funny how sitting on your butt all day tires you out 😂

Walked 4 miles yesterday. Bought a treadmill back during the summer and just decided to use it. I am actually sore this morning 😂. But I felt really good that I did it. My goal is to walk 45 minutes 5 days a week. Have a good day everyone.

Weighed in at 250.7 this morning. Made over 10,000 steps today, which was mostly from My treadmill walking. Ate on track. Hope everyone is doing well

I completed a day under calories. I like the “what you could possibly be in 5weeks” after you complete your food diary. I need to log what it says and see if it is accurate or not. It also means that I need to stay consistent. I worked on my weight loss bullet journal today. Found some great things on Pinterest to print…

So glad to be here. I currently 252... down from my highest of 295. I have plateau for the last three weeks and hoping that this will help me to get the scale back moving in the right direction. Good luck everyone.

I have had a rough three weeks. The scale hasn’t really moved much. Weird thing is ..... I have been staying on plan. I decided to take a couple of days and just eat and not count calories.... and the scale is moving again. Cw 253.3. Thanks y’all. I have tried and love chocolate peanut butter from orgain. It has really effected how I feel. I have just felt better since using it... I know it’s also in part, of course, to my eating habits changing.

I have 1500 calories a day. As you log food that you intake until you reach 0. If you reach 0 then you have used all calories for the day. Unless you log exercise which will add those calories that you can have to use also

Don’t get me wrong. I have lost 45 pounds to date. It’s a constant struggle. I am putting my thoughts to paper so that I can see them. I appreciate some of the blunt responses, but to not acknowledge my feelings and struggles just means that I will continue to struggle.

Food has always been my drug of choice. There is nothing physical about losing weight to me. It’s all a mental game. It’s whether or not I see myself worthy of actually taking care of myself and doing this for me. Been stuck for a month. Time to get serious about doing this for myself. I want to love myself and feel good…
