I don’t know what has been wrong with me the last few days. I have been craving junk like crazy. Tying hard to power through it.

Went to the gym last night and worked out on the stair stepper for 30 minutes. Climbed 62.6 flights..... burned 364 calories and then did arms and legs. That is a big accomplishment for me because last year I couldnt even do 10 minutes on the dang thing.

First time being here. Cw is 251.8. Hoping to make 240 by the end of April. My ultimate goal is 160 by this time 2019. Highest weight was 295. Hoping to never see that number on the scale again. Good luck!!

Went on vacation last week. Didn't do too bad actually. My monthly goal by end of March is 250. I am about 1.8 pounds away from that. Drinking lots of water and watching the food intake. Back to strictly counting calories Hw 295 Cw 251.8 May 19th cruise goal 234 Ultimate goal 160

I have made mini goals to celebrate along the way before I hit ultimate goal of 160. My first mini goal is 250 by the end of this month. I am 251.8 as of this morning. I have about 95 pounds to still lose. I started at 295. I am 252 right now. Goal weight is around 160. Keep logging every day even when you don't feel like it. Use this site as an accountability tool.

@English_mum I am counting calories on here. Usually keeping it close to 1200-1300 calories a day. I also go to the gym and walk for 45 minutes getting atleast 2.2 miles 4 times a week. The. I have finally started to go to the gym. I am doing 45 minutes of cardio. WLking at 3.2 mph last night. Trying to stay focused.

Let it go, move on. Don't dwell on your failure of yesterday.... focus on making the next day better. Don't use this as a reason to just completely fall of the horse.
