I have 100 pounds to lose as of today. I originally started at 295 and today I weighed in at 260.6. My goal weight is 160. I realize that my goal weight may change, but right now that is the goal. Orgain protein powder
Has anyone tried orgain organic plant based protein powder.... or any other type of protein powder as a meal replacement... or just for added protein? Can you share your thoughts or suggest a good one? I am also using premiere protein ready made shakes for when I am on the go.

20 pounds by Christmas!!
This is my challenge to keep myself accountable to my weightloss goals. I have another app called My Weight and I have set up several different periodic goals. One of the goals is 20 pounds by Christmas. For reference I am 260.6 right now. And I want to be 240.6 by Christmas... December 25th.
