Go to my fitness pal on your iPhone and go to more, settings, privacy and then turn on all the health categories. for some reason they don't tell you to do that anywhere but that's how you'll get two way communication between mfp and Apple Health, which is the central depository of all the health data from the phone and…

Just to close the loop on this thread, the problem is that you have to go into the MyFitnessPals app, go to Settings, Security & Privacy and setup all the links to Health there. Doing it from Health will only get you steps.

I am able to enter data on my apple watch with the my fitness pal watch app and it shows up on phone and website. How do I get myfitness pal to able to have better Health Integration? Why do I only have the two options? Their support just says install/uninstall.

For those who are able to get workouts to synch - please let me know what shows up for My Fitness Pal in Health. Mine just shows Steps and Walking+ Running Distance. I doesn't get any of my workouts, even those that are supposedly supported. Does your shows "Workouts" in the area with the sliders for "Allow to Read Data"…

One thing I noticed in Health is that my fitness pal does not show links to Active Energy or Workouts. If it doesn't show workouts how can it get one? I don't see a way of choosing that, the only options are Steps and Walking+Running Distance.

MegaMoose I read your post and have done everything you indicated. The workouts that I've completed which don't synch include Indoor Swim, Other and Indoor Cycle. I never name the workouts. Any other thoughts/tricks to get them to sync?
