You don't have to go everyday, even a few times a week is extremely beneficial. If time is a problem, do high intensity workouts that take less than an hour. I'd recommend watching some motivational videos from fitness youtubers to get you back into it. (This usually helps me on days I don't feel like going). Best of luck!

You can do it! Work hard and set reminders on your phone at each meal time telling you to keep track on your goals. "Commit to change and watch the results flood in". Best of luck!

I usually add sugar free syrup or a small amount of light brown sugar. Also, if you're okay with the extra carbs, sliced bananas are a great addition.
