  • Thanks for all the feedback. I use mine in a stew of sorts, and only now and then. I have a rule not to have any carbs b4 dinner time, and as carbs go, this is a better option as it also offers a good dose of fibre.
  • Hi, and thanks for that. I checked and it appears NZ has the same system as the UK, so the label now makes sense. They will still be consumed every now and then as they are so yummy esp. in winter.

  • Smoked salmon, quacamole, buttery asparaguy, boiled egg, sliced lemon and a few crackers for texture ;-)
  • Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Mexican spiced chicken, buttery avo, sharp cheddar, black beans, tomato & cucumber salad, spinach and a dollop of sour cream. Yumm.
  • Thanks for that. I have done some further reading, and think I have it all wrong. I will up my calories, but stick to my macros and see if things improve.
  • Thanks for that @KnitOrMiss. I had hoped to add my own recipes from notebooks etc, but realise there is no place for instructions. I will keep them on file and refer to them for instructions if complicated. A bit of a pain but there you go.

I should clarify that while the recipe creator allows you to add all the ingredients, calculate KCals etc, it does not have the means to add instructions on putting the recipe together, so for now it's a matter of keeping the ingredients on MFP and then having to refer to notes etc to carry…
