I haven't even realized! Heh, at least someone might see some good song suggestions.

Ah, I forgot "Painkiller" by TDG! I am in love with that song!

I'm personally into metal and heavy rock, so here's my list: "Hail To The King" Avenged Sevenfold "Shepherd of Fire" Avenged Sevenfold "This Means War" Avenged Sevenfold "Afterlife" Avenged Sevenfold "Nightmare" Avenged Sevenfold "Welcome To The Family" Avenged Sevenfold "The Good Life" Three Days Grace (TDG) "Never Too…

I cannot have caffeine, since I was a little girl it caused bladder and UTI problems for me. I'm not sure about jitters, but just drinking 1 can of Mountain Dew gave me a UTI a day or two later.

Do they have an option of brown rice?
-
It's dry, you eat all that is cooked. You could do a trial and cook just one serving, weigh or measure it out dry. After it cooks you can weigh or measure it out once it's cooked, just in case more than one person wants to eat rice. (That's what I did)!

I always pre-log the day before, it's easier. If I want to eat something else that isn't logged, I just tweak it here and there. I usually start with post-workout snacks/shakes, since I want decent macros on there for recovery. Then I log breakfast (pre-workout meal, most carbs for the day), lunch, then dinner (fill in any…

I wouldn't wait much longer than a week after opening the container, I drink my cashew/almond/soymilk quite quickly, usually takes less than 7 days to finish. I probably would toss it out, but you can test it out and smell it first.

eggs, tofu, dry roasted soybeans, beans, lentils, and dairy. If you like seafood (I can't stand it, but many like it), they have many options.
-
Whey is just another food. It can compose of dairy and even seafood sometimes in powder form. There's no steroids in them like some people I've talked to thought there was.
-
I usually have around 1200-1500g of fruits and veggies.

Stay strong, this battle isn't over. Relating might not be a good thing to do right now, but logging my food actually improved my relationship with food. Before when losing weight I stuck to a small variety and got bored and unhappy. Now, I know I can still eat the foods I loved (and still love) as long as I'm within my…

1 serving FF Greek Gods yogurt.

I always keep my avocados in my fridge, never tried freezing them. I would peel it first, then place it in the freezer. You'll be blending it in a smoothie, so if it tastes a little off you most likely won't taste it if you add in other ingredients.
-
Usually a sweet fruit like banana or grapes, freeze dried fruit topped on a fruit smoothie with vanilla protein powder seems to kick my sugar cravings.

I agree with the information above. Weight loss always comes from a calorie deficit, professionals often recommend exercise with losing weight because it helps create a deficit, and plus you get the health benefits from it. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, just eat less than your body burns, but usually when you…

I have a public diary, feel free to add!

Lol Halo Top is too sweet for me! I'd rather stick to fruits instead, but an occasional spot of ice cream couldn't hurt every now and then ;).

I always pre-log my meals in advance. Things do change sometimes, so I just make tweaks here and there. I find it to be a LOT easier and way less stressful. I used to log food right before I ate it, and found it time-consuming because I had to think on what I was going to eat that day.

Full fat dairy, lots of veggies, avocado, meat (such as turkey.), and oats! Shredded wheat and bran also have kept me satisfied because of they rich source of fiber. Beans such as black eye peas and black beans served with brown rice and a source of meat such as pork, chicken, or turkey are my go-tos. Or you can just have…

Tomorrow I'm having some shredded wheat and bran cold cereal with almond milk, 100g red grapes and 100g raspberries with 32g Santa Cruz peanut butter with a slice of Nature's own whole grain bread. Today I had grits with 15g ground flaxseed, 100g red grapes, 126g banana, 32g peanut butter, 1 kiwi, and a glass of…

I would focus on something carb or protein rich. Try a baked sweet potato, skinless chicken/turkey breasts. Fat free plain yogurt, fruits, ect. It's okay if you go over fat, I eat stuff like organic nut butters and avocado with FF dairy. I've been going over fat every day and haven't gained, it's overall calories that…

I agree with the suggestions above. Whatever keeps you satisfied longer, add more to that and eat a bit less of the macros that don't keep you as full. Fiber, protein, and fat keep me fuller longer. I used to load up on carbs and skimp on protein, and stayed ravenous most of the time. Big mistake! That's not to say I cut…

For my treadmill workout, I start by walking 4.5mph, and increase all the way to 8-9 mph. Towards the end I go to 10, but that's usually the last 5 minutes. My feet and knees hurt sometimes, but that's due to injuries from the past and neglecting getting proper running shoes. I kinda got used to the pain to the point where…

I eat Post shredded wheat and bran for cold cereal, hot cereals I do Post original great grains cereal and Quaker steam rolled oats. Idk if grits count as a hot cereal, but I love them as well. If you're having trouble staying satisfied, I would also recommend adding fat and protein to the mixture. I use unsweetened almond…

I eat full fat and "non-fat" plain yogurt (without added sugars), I would rather go for full fat because it keeps me fuller longer.

My staples (just gonna use that rough guideline from the person above!): Protein: Pork loin, skinless chicken thighs/breasts, dry roasted soybeans, lean turkey breasts/ground turkey, sometimes lean ground beef Carbs: Russet/sweet potatoes, LOTS OF FRUIT (bananas, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple, kiwis,…

I'm not a big snacker, as I only have one before or after a workout, but banana with some organic PB is my favorite. If you want something filling, try some avocado smeared on toast. One of my go-to pre and post workout snack is full fat greek yogurt with ground flaxseed. I know FF dairy is high in calories, but is very,…

We'd need to know the calories/macros of the meal.
