Shin Splint
So I have a shin splint that I initially thought may have been a stress fracture because of the pain, but got an X-ray done and there are no fractures. Can someone help me prevent these from happening again, if they've experienced them before?

How Much Do Cooked Beans Weigh?
So, I've been wanting to have beans for a while, but I don't want to cook just one serving of beans (black eye peas or 15 bean soup beans) because my whole family eats out of the same pot, so we just cook the entire bag. Anyone know what a serving of cooked black eye peas weighs? Or stuff like kidney beans?

Same Calories Different Macros
Wow... I never realized how macros has such a large effect on hunger and satisfaction. I started eating more protein instead of carbs and feel a huge difference. Should I eat the rest of my calorie allowance, or save it for a day I'm hungrier? I log accurately.

Weighing Fruit w/peeling.
When you're logging down fruits/veggies with peelings, do you weigh it with or without the peeling? I weighed a banana this morning with its peeling and it read 154g or something. After removing the peeling it was around 100g. Which entry should I use?

I had 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of strawberries, 2/3 cup of diced green peas and carrots, 2.5 cups of salad, 2 bananas, 0.5 cup of dried apples with no added sugar, some unsweetened blueberry applesauce, and 4 oz of avacado mashed into a spread. How much do you have?

Weighing Food
I'm so sorry if there's 1,000 topics like these, but how do you portion out your foods (measuring cups or the scale for grains, meat, liquids, ect.) I've always used the scale for pretty much every solid except for liquids. Do you weigh food when it's unprepared/uncooked? (like dry oats vs. cooked oats).

What Does It Really Mean When You're Hungry
So I generally eat a good breakfast of about 500-600 calories and then after I let that settle I work out. When I'm done I'm like really physically hungry, does that mean that you burned all your calories off or your body used up all the energy from carbs?
