Wow... I never realized how macros has such a large effect on hunger and satisfaction. I started eating more protein instead of carbs and feel a huge difference. Should I eat the rest of my calorie allowance, or save it for a day I'm hungrier?
I log accurately.

It's really up to you. Some people enjoy saving unused calories so they can have more on the weekend. I do this pretty often.

Congratulations on experimenting and finding something that worked for you! It's a great feeling when you start to develop strategies to make hitting your calorie goal easier.

You've eaten all your meals for today and had snacks. If you're hungry for something, eat it, if not, then I'd leave it alone for another day or never :) This is one reason I go by weekly average rather than daily total. Some days I'm hungrier than others.

I think the further we venture into calorie/macro counting, the more we are able to eat week to week. When I first started counting, I was app freaked out of i did not make my numbers that day!

And yes..... macros have a lot to do with my satiety and hunger.

Nice work and I would save them while you experiment. It is so amazing that so many people are out there relying on someone else's idea/plan/diet/fad of what might work for them and they don't bother with just learning about themselves which is so much simpler.
