I've had PCOS for almost 7 years now, and I've always struggled with bloating. I never knew what it was until I looked it up recently. I don't really want to cut whole grains from my diet
It's like a staple food for me. What would you do?

Have you asked your doctor about your bloating? Some people get bloating from large amounts of fiber, which might be the case if you're eating a lot of whole grains, but in my understanding that more often happens to people who suddenly start eating a lot more fiber than they usually do. Something else could be causing your bloating, such as lactose intolerance or other issues.0
