I love that tea! It's great to start the morning with.

Plenty of rest, and if you work out, I would take at least a week or two off. Try and get plenty of electrolytes in, water, and salt.

Sorry to sound rude, but how on Earth can you not manage to eat even 1000 calories? You may be underestimating calories, or if you're logging and weighing accurately then there might be an underlying medical issue.

dry roasted soy beans are also high in protein.

MY BAD! I reread it. I meant dry or cooked!

Put a bag of freeze dried fruit in the fridge or freezer (however cold you like it) overnight. Yummm!!! Or if you semi-solid crunchy, I buy Santa Cruz crunchy peanut butter. No added sugars or harmful oils. I also am fond of putting mandarins in the freezer overnight for breakfast. I let them defrost a bit, and bite into…

Hey! :) I'll be with you all the way.

I eat freeze dried fruit, but only Crunchies. It is not fried like some brands are, and contains no added sugar or other ingredients. It's just dehydrated fruit. It isn't like drinking fruit juice, where all the fiber is stripped, there's still some in freeze dried. For terms of weight loss, just focus on calories.…

My food diary is public. I'm maintaining weight, though. I've eaten what MFP says, but go under sometimes because over a period of time the weight crept back. I just stick to 2100-2200.

I usually don't log stuff like vinegar or herbal teas, or sometimes vitamins. I do log them down sometimes, but usually it's the vitamins since they have some calories.

I agree with the others. Gluten-free foods should only be eaten by those who can't tolerate it. Don't listen to mumbo jumbo that gluten makes you fat--excess calories causes weight gain. If depends on your definition of "healthy." Is healthy less calories, no added sugar, or less fat? Or I do eat pizza, I usually make my…

Just to add this.. I went through the same thing. People would call me an anorexic (I was in the past long time ago). This was after I recovered and became clinically obese and needed to seriously lose weight. When I did, people who called me anorexic didn't realize how much it made me feel bad about myself, and it stung…

Hi :)!

DId you ask how it tasted? I'm curious now..
-
Of course! I couldn't forget that, thanks!

I run a 5k daily, except on resting days I do strength training and pilates w/ a light walk. Don't know how many steps that is.

it was just a joke XD. I don't eat the peel, but I was confused on which entry to put because some say like 200+ grams, and that would be a huge banana without the peel.

Maybe.

I do about an hour of exercise every day so..

That reminds me of a country song, idk if yours is country though.

I'm sure it'll be good :). When I lost 50 lbs I didn't calorie count or weigh my food, but now that I am I've noticed a huge difference in portion sizes. I was totally underestimating them!

Hmmm. Nice. I am a huge sucker for cottage cheese, sometimes I have to keep it out of the house. I might be able to substitute by adding more greek yogurt, or just choose a small tub of cottage cheese. This sounds like a really good recovery post-workout meal :).

There's your answer, or at least, there's one factor. If you haven't been active for 3 years, and all of a sudden running, you will be in quite a bit of pain for a while. I wear shoes made for diabetics with a good arch, I am not a diabetic, but I find them to be more comfortable. It does take a while for your body to…

Sorry, I forgot about this thread! It does make since. I've had an ED in the past, so I only try weighing myself once every 2 weeks, and I keep the scale at someone else's house so when I spend the night I use it. I am recovered and am don't have an unhealthy relationship with body image, but just decided to give some…

Umm... I'm going to be honest. I weigh 109.5 lbs with no clothing and post potty in the morning. I am working on trying to change it, I used to be clinically obese after recovering my AN, but that was only because I turned to binge eating and did not be mindful of what I was eating. I however have a healthy relationship…

I have also had an ED in the past. I am a little taller and thinner than you as well. You could eat, depending on your age since you're sedentary, probably 1700 or 1800. I currently maintain on 2100-2200ish, and am comfortable with weighing myself once a week or once every two weeks. It helps keep me in check, but I don't…

I understand what you're going through. I am female, 111, and 5'5 and have to eat 2100-2200 with exercise to maintain so FAR. If I still lose I'll have to bump up my calories. Don't be afraid, if you find yourself gaining, you won't gain by much. It'll be very easy to fix.

Drinking ginger tea helps a lot with my sleeping. I am barely an adult and have terrible bags under my eyes from lack of sleep. I usually wake at about 5 in the morning and don't sleep until 11 (sometimes 12)! It's a bad habit, but I also suffer from anxiety and sleeping issues since I was a child. I would get up at 3 in…

I exercise on weekdays in the late afternoon, sometimes late into the evening (like 7-8 p.m.) Weekends or days off I wake up around 6:40-7:00 in the morning and finish my workout at 9 in the morning.
