I have completed c25k in a treadmill. Just recently ran my first 5k outdoors, only to discover that outdoor running is quite different. I struggled to do it. So I'm starting the program again. Only outside this time. Wish me luck!

Thank you everyone for the advise. And knowledge. I feel better about the whole gain thing now. Well, I don't feel better, but I do have a better understanding of it and I'm not worried about it anymore. I do obsess with the scale though, so maybe it's time I hid it for awhile. :)

It is the goal they gave me. That's with losing 2 lbs a week. I switched it to 1.5 lbs a week and it upped me to 1500 calories a day. I'm going to aim for between 1200 and 1500 every day.

Thank you. I just reset my goal to 1lb a week and it's now giving me 1500 calories a day. So if I aim for a minimum of 1200 and a maximum of 1500, I should do just fine. Right? Here's Hoping!

Thank you everyone. I did set up my goals and my profile. 1200 is what the app set for me to be in track to lose 2 lbs a week. If 1200 is the minimum needed for good health should I be less aggressive with my goal? Only 1 lb a week?
