And Then June Happened....
I was doing so well. I was counting calories and treadmill running 3x a week, and after 6 months had lost close to 40 pounds. I signed up for, and ran (well ran, walked, ran, walked) my way to the finish line at the end of May. And then June happened. And with it all of my motivation. I am still treadmill running, but it's…

Really Really Bad Weekend
So I didn't do any exercising this last long weekend (Victoria Day), and i didn't count calories. I let loose and just had fun. There may have been pizza and cupcakes, chips and snacks, ice cream and beer. Oh so very much beer. I stepped on the scale today, and oh my!!! I knew I had done damage, but 7 lbs?!?! Is that even…

Treadmill vs Outdoors
I can run for 25-30 consecutive minutes on the treadmill, and with a little bit of walking before and after I make it to the 5k mark. Exercise Calories
Someone told me that I should be eating back the calories I've burned doing exercise. Will I still lose weight doing that? Wouldn't I lose more if I stuck to the amount of daily calories the app gives me and leave the exercise ones alone?

Is there such a thing as starvation mode?
Hello! I just switched to this program from weight watchers. In the WW program they gave you a healthy eating span of points. They said you had to eat the minimum number of points in order to lose weight. Is it the same here? The app is giving me 1200 calories a day. If I only eat 1000 of those calories will I still lose…

Is there such a thing as starvation mode?
Hello! I just switched from weight watchers to this. Hoping this helps a little more than WW did. In WW we were told that you HAD to eat the minimum in your healthy eating points range or you wouldn't lose weight. They said your body would go into "starvation mode". Is there any truth to this? My calorie count for the day…
