I don't know about premier protein. If you're looking for other options I'd like to recommend Driven Whey Protein as well as Chike Protein (especially if you like coffee), and Ascent protein options. If you'd prefer a protein bar to grab and go, I highly recommend Barebells. Good Luck!!!

I don't do IF, but I do count macros and crossfit workouts 4 times per week. I am 5ft 8in, and weigh 165-168lbs. Based on my macros I consume an average of 1740 calories per day. I weigh on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Basic digital scale but it's pretty accurate when I compare it to the inbody scans I have done at the gym.

Crossfit class in the evenings Monday thru Thursday. I try to get out and have a nice walk one day on the weekend if weather permits, that is typically a leisurely walk and probably more of an "active recovery" day. I also meal prep for the week, which keeps my nutrition on track.

198.7 to 173.6 CrossFit four days per week and meal prep Monday thru Thursday. Consistently showing up and putting in the work has given me results I had never gotten before! Still going and working and getting stronger!
