I used to use this back in 2016, trying this again.
After 2 strokes and a lot of downtime before the Pandemic, I am trying to get healthy.

    I gained all the weight I lost. My confidence is low and I know I need to work on my health and weight.

    I've been on this MFP roller coaster several times myself. I've lost significant weight, only to get complacent and gain it all back again... so here I am yet again

    Hi! I am Teresa and I was using this in 2018 and now I am back. I think it's a great app and easy to use. This time around I am ignoring the calories I burn through exercise as I think it encourages me to overeat! Does that make sense? I weigh in this Friday and am eager to see how my first week back went. Good luck to everyone!
