Eh, yes, its tough considering there is a carb and sugar in most everything! Its only 10 days, then I will be back to Keto as I find this is what works the best for me.

OTF is priced based on where you live and/or use your membership. For instance, its more costly here in Chicago than it would be in Milwaukee.
