Since September 2019 my weight has been between 170-179...I literally cannot get past the 170...I can’t figure it out 🤷🏻♀️I’ve adjusted calories, ate bad ate good nothing...drank more or less water...ate more ate less literally nothing is helping...I’m so close to throwing the towel in and say screw it...

You will need days off so your body can refuel and rest. I always go 3-4 days in a row take at least 2 off in a row and start again. For me this works, the older I get the longer it takes for my body to recover.

I have to watch my sodium intake...unfortunately I have inherited my dads high blood pressure actually most of side has it. Increase the fruit and veggies. I eat a lot veggies and trust me my system is good! But that’s how my body works..everyone is different. Make sure to drink water!

I always prep at least two cups of brown rice for the work week sometimes more(only eating one cup per lunch).And I have been using Tyson grilled chicken strips with the rice. I’ve been wondering the same thing! 4 years ago I lost 30 pounds I have since put it all back on. It seems 4 years ago my weight came off faster and I think because I was eating my exercise calories back....the struggle is real lol. Thanks everyone I enjoy reading the comments gives me great ideas!
