So I am normally up during the week at 4, eating breakfast by 5. Normally my 8:30-9ish I am hungry, just wondering what are some good healthy snacks? I normally eat lunch at 11:30.

Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, hard boiled eggs, popcorn, nuts, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, hummus, cottage cheese, fudge pops, wasabi peas, fruit

Everything that makes a healthy meal, can be a healthy snack. Reduce portion sizes as needed.

Just a thought. I'm up at 3:45, but don't eat breakfast until 9:30 or 10:00 when I actually get hungry. If I ate at 5:00, that would "turn on" my hunger and I end up eating more throughout the day.

    YMMV

I will be changing up my snacks this week! Hard boiled eggs and cheese stick for the morning. If I’m hungry in the afternoon I have tuna punches with me! Thanks all!!

I do a sliced apple (around 50 cal), an ounce of plain almonds, pretzels (50 cal), Greek yogurt (80cal), Saregento light cheese stick (50 cals), Halo mandarin, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg

I keep an open diary - feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.
