What?! Mine has been out for nearly 13 years and raw vegetables digest best for me. Spicy food is terrible for me as well as fatty food. I don't even remember getting any nutritional advice from my surgeon. He did the surgery I went for one post op where he took out the staples and never saw him again.

I tried the military diet one day and said nope. I'm actually trying keto today to see if it's something that I could actually do. Not saying that I am actually going to keep trying I'm just bored today and have a lot of time on my hands. So I thought why not.

I did it a few years ago and realized I hate running. I did make some progress fairly quickly. I just never completed it because I just don't like it.

Gummy bears. 100 calories for 8 bears?! I would eat the whole bag which had 8 servings. No wonder I got fat. I miss gummy bears, but they are not worth the extra calories.

I decided to experiment today with keto. To see if I could actually do it. So far yes of course I've only had breakfast. Maybe I'll keep doing it for a few weeks maybe I'll give up by lunch. Idk time will tell.

I have only been going to the gym for about a month. I do it because I don't have the necessary equipment at home for my goals. I do cardio at home and lift at the gym.

I see what you're saying. I don't do that. I know I am still overweight and I am doing something about it every day. 30lbs to lose until my healthy weight 40 for my goal. Depending upon composition of course.

Biotin tablets can potentially help. I was losing hair due to stress. I used a biotin and collagen shampoo and it gave my hair the appearance of volume. It didn't actually make my hair grow since it's topical and hair is dead tissue but at least it looked nice.

A friend of mine does this too. I say try myfitnesspal and get a food scale. She says it's too much work. I tell her you're always on the phone and in the kitchen so why not. She downloaded the app but has yet to use it. At least she took the first step.

What are you doing for exercise? I am really curious. I work a hard physical job and burn about 2000 calories. Nearly 3000 is a lot.

Same thing happened to be when I started a calorie deficit. For 4 days I had a constant headache. Finally went away on the 5th day.

For myself if I don't go out to a restaurant I spend 30 to 40 a week.

I get it for easier portion control for myself. If I get a larger icecream I'll eat the whole thing. Ice cream is my weakness. The only light ice cream in pints in my area are plain vanilla or chocolate.
