3 days a week I work and walk 25k steps on most days. Plus lift tons, literally tons of boxes for shipment. I work in a grocery distribution center. I lost 14lbs over 5 months without changing my diet. Now that I've changed my diet and added exercise I've dropped 29lbs in 3 months. It helps.

It happened to me a while back. I fell asleep sitting up. It was a new workout and pretty intense. Haven't had it happen since. I am usually energized after a workout.

Not sure that the water increase is affecting your skin. You said that you have increased activity are you taking another shower each day because of the extra activity. My skin is dry now because of the extra showers and possibly the weather change.

Do it. I like watching different people and their experiences. From YouTube I have learned different exercises and meals and gotten advice for help with sleep. My friend has a YouTube channel to keep herself motivated.

Bought a pair of size 10 shorts yesterday. Hoping to be in an 8 by fall. Maybe a size 6 when I am finished losing and start maintaining.

I used to have a smoothie for breakfast every day. I would make them with protein powder fruit and greens. I liked them because I didn't have time to actually eat in the morning.

Again. My fit bit is overestimating my calorie burn by a lot. I have it set on active and have my goal set to what I want to lose. Fitbit picks up too much movement I guess. In fact the other day it said that I burned 100 calories from mowing the grass riding mower. It thought that I was riding a bike. So again if I ate…

Explain to me why it's wrong. At the end of the week myfitnesspal says that I should have ate 4200 more calories than what I actually did. If 3500 calories is a lb that's a gain.

Mine is always low. If I ate back all my calories I'd be gaining weight instead of losing. Of course mine is never that low. Mine averages about 900 to 1000 net. My fit bit is way overestimating activity.

Wearing a pair of pants that I bought 4 years ago and never wore. I bought them when I lost weight before and could almost fit then. I never fit into them. I also did 8 pushups with proper form. 2 months ago I couldn't do one.

I have max 30 but I just love the original Insanity. People think I'm crazy.

I've been doing Insanity and for my job it has helped with my speed and endurance. The faster I move the more money I make. I could potentially make 500+ dollars more a month just by moving faster. I have already increased my earnings at work by $25 a week in the last month. I have never earned the extra money.

How many days a week do you work. I work 10 to 13 hours but only 3 days a week. I only work out on my days off. It's too much to try to work out when I've been on my feet all day long. Plus on work days if I worked out too I wouldn't have enough time for anything else.

Mine has been acting weird too. Doubling food on fitbit and not adding exercise to myfitnesspal.

Yesterday mine wasn't tracking steps and fitbit was doubling food. It was weird.

Nothing yet, just started lifting about a month ago. My trainer has me on machines and a few dumbbell exercises right now. We will be changing it up some this week maybe bench press is going to be part of the new routine.
