I'm Aleksandra - 24years old. Daily active, eating around 1000-1200 calories daily- open diary. Hitting the gym-also daily. :) need to loose around 30pounds

It doesn't matter that much if you're active and eating healthy stuff. i don't pay attention that much because i know all the things i ate are good and healthy :)

I love the good feeling after a workout :) you don't have to starve.. find some vegetables you enjoy eating and eat as much as you like.. after a while you don't even think about eating junk. I found plenty good low calorie sweets and recipes on Pinterest.

@Joy5434 don't do that. I tried 800kcal per day with light activity such as cleaning, cooking, walking.. and i still was little slowed down. Now i eat 1200 and still loosing weight. Just eat healthy don't bother counting every calorie because 2hours of workout will give you amazing results.

@1houndgal i just wrote my experience, like everyone else is writing "what's the best" but i think every person individually must find whats best for him besides ofc eating less and optionally putting a little workout in

@livingleanlivingclean i've never experienced negative effect of eating large amout of lettuce, zucchini or cucumber for ex. which are my favourite. And i believe my body loves it too. As long as there are no fast food i'm all good :smiley:

@livingleanlivingclean it's not an everyday thing, i believe no1 could live constantly like that :) i just don't want to eat when i really can't. I'm concentrated on healthy eating,i don't mind amount of food

@diannethegeek about that it isn't for weight loss. But as i already said- not for everyone. Your way is the safest ofc. but i like things a bit faster, no matter a little struggle :)

@RAinWA that's a new thing, even i can't believe it . I even try to eat more but i can't. Of course if i start feeling bad i'll cut it but i'm totally good for now ^^

@diannethegeek it actually is, other than plenty health benefits. I read a lot and my nutricionist explained it really good. But then again, it may not work for everyone :)

@MichelleSilverleaf i was commenting my experience, i belive it doesn't hurt to try and find out :) i also tried various diets that had no effect on me, and this is the first 1 that is working

@Anvasilak just keep your carbs low. Under 30g per day.. i keep mine arond 20 and lost 3kg for one week, i'm on my second week right now and can't wait for results! :) (Read more - Keto diet)
