How do you not lose focus on exercising and dieting? How do you achieve your goal without giving up?

    I love the good feeling after a workout :) you don't have to starve.. find some vegetables you enjoy eating and eat as much as you like.. after a while you don't even think about eating junk. I found plenty good low calorie sweets and recipes on Pinterest.

    It would be so easy for me to quit , but then I would never be were I want to be. I want to be healthy and wear cute clothes again. It is not easy I keep reminding myself you can do this with support . So, I CAN DO THIS, I CAN DO THIS, I CAN DO THIS . Tell myself that every day time and time again. Plus it helps I have my support from other MFP members.

    Good eating and exercise habits. Routines I don't want to quit because they're easy, practical and comfortable. Delicious food, but not too much. Work, walk, dance, play. Not the often prescribed grit/struggle scheme.
