Good advice above. One thing I'd add is to get some Ketostix and make sure you have ketones in your urine. As long as some (even a trace) is present, you are burning body fat. I'm doing it as well. I'm on day 6 and down 5 lbs. One thing I'll mention is if you like bacon, the uncured variety has 0g carbs, whereas the others have 0.5 or so per serving. Another variation on this for easy to go meals is to take a muffin tin, spray it with no-stick Pam, wrap a piece of bacon inside of each tin, and then add your mix.
