I'm pretty happy with it though. Normally I would have eaten piles of everything, but instead I had a small amount of everything!

(Hes 6 and has cerebral palsy so sleep has been a problem on and off since birth). He's in sleeping now though and it's only 7pm here but I'm on my way to bed too!

  • @AmyG1982 I have pretty much the same goals for the week! Increase water and use my bike at least 5 times.
