    Had been searching for a diagnosis for my health related issues for quite some time, atleast 12 years. Finally got one a week or two ago and I've been kind of spiraling out of control. I've pulled myself together and I'm going to be back on track. We got this 😁

    Day: pretty good day. I’ve switched to only weighing once a week so I’m a bit nervous about tomorrow lol. Should be a big drop (water mostly) cuz my last weigh in was in the middle of a binge. Fingers crossed!

    I am Michelle. My weight during COVID-19 has hit nearly 176lb so I return to FitnessPal community!
    In this two months, I have been struggling about exercising. Because of wfh, I stayed at home most of time.

    Now, I kinda get back to my original routine. Eat less and exercise more!
    The big holiday is coming so I hope I can eat less.

    Last month, I lost some weights, which I should have lost in December. So, my target is a bit lagging behind. Anyway, my target this month is to hit 154 lb. (8.1lb).

    WI Day today - very pleased! -2.3! I have had the worst time losing weight for the past couple of years - to the point of giving up - week after week with no loss whatsoever. So, this is an encouraging start!
