Good week (and 11 lb down since jan 11), but due to another covid breakout, the gym was closed last week, and still is. After 2 years of not working out, I started fresh three weeks ago, so this was a bummer. But I'll do my best.1

Had been searching for a diagnosis for my health related issues for quite some time, atleast 12 years. Finally got one a week or two ago and I've been kind of spiraling out of control. I've pulled myself together and I'm going to be back on track. We got this 😁0
