My girlfriend and parents have noticed, but my friends haven’t really commented on it. It’s only after I show them pictures at my heaviest wait they go “oh wow you did lose weight!”.

@rianneonamission I'm going to maintain between 128-134 and build definition. I'm nervous but excited! I think my fitness goals will be to do a 1 minute plank (I can do up to 45 seconds now), and do 10 pushups in a row. @Cora0477 I totally understand that. I overindulged myself last night. I try to stay under 1400. Most days I'm able to stay in the 1100-1250 range. I also try not to eat back my workout calories.
